Exchanges and Returns:

Something's not perfect? No problem! New, unused, and unaltered items can be exchanged or returned to Riders Discount for refund (minus initial shipping costs) within 30 days of their purchase. Please contact us at 866-931-6644 or email us at customerservice@ridersdiscount.com for assistance. We will provide you with our exchange / return form and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unfortunately, exchanges or returns sent back without previous authorization cannot be accepted. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days upon issue. If you require an exception to this policy, please contact our Customer Service Team at 866-931-6644. If more than 30 days have passed since purchase, we can offer an in-store credit to be applied towards future purchases. These items will be subject to approval and may not be eligible for return.

We highly recommend using a traceable shipment method for all returns and exchanges. Riders Discount will not be held responsible for returned items lost in transit to us.


Purchases can be exchanged for any other available item we offer. Any difference in price will be collected before the new product(s) ship. If the item you desire is less expensive than your original purchase, the difference will be returned in one of two ways. If the difference is less than $50.00, it will be issued in the form of a store credit. Differences over $50.00 will be refunded to your original method of payment.

Returns and exchanges must be shipped back in the new condition and include all manufacturer's tags, boxes, bags, and/or accessories, or they will not be accepted. The item and manufacturer's packaging should be sent back in the original shipping box, or in a suitable replacement. Please do not use the manufacturer's packaging for return shipment as it is often not sturdy enough to withstand transit and may not be accepted for return / exchange. Items must be in new, resellable condition to be eligible for return / exchange.

The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses associated with exchanges. Returned items will not be subject to restocking fees *however* any shipping costs incurred by Riders Discount in the original shipment will be deducted from the value of the refund. This policy includes all items shipped using "Free Shipping". No third party shipping labels will be accepted.

Riders Discount is not responsible for taxes and duties incurred in international shipments. Please contact your local customs department regarding these refunds.

Items which have been damaged in return shipping may not be accepted and the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Returns and exchanges are processed in the order of receipt and usually take 3-5 business days to complete upon their arrival at Riders Discount. Please remember to provide contact information with your return / exchange so that we can let you know when it is being processed. You can check on the status of your refund/exchange by calling 866-934-6644. If you are returning an item purchased for you as a gift, please also provide the contact information for the original purchaser.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt. If an item you have purchased is found to be defective, please contact our Customer Service Team at 866-931-6644. Please be prepared to provide photos of the item, if possible, as well as your order number. If the item you receive is damaged in shipment, please contact us immediately so that we can file a claim with our shipping partner on your behalf. Please provide images of the item and packaging to support us in our efforts.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can have the item returned to us at our expense and ship you the correct product(s).


Warranties

If the item you purchased requires warranty repair, please first contact the manufacturer. If directed, then please contact our Customer Service Team at 866-931-6644. Any items received after 30 days from purchase are considered to be warranty issues. The customer assumes all responsibility for shipping costs associated with warranty issues. Replacement and/or repair decisions are made at the discretion of the manufacturer. Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear. Riders Discount is not responsible for any loss, damage, or shipping costs associated with warranty replacement / repair.
