Shipping Information:Domestic US Shipments (excluding Alaska & Hawaii):
Shipments to US Addresses are sent via USPS or FedEx Ground Delivery, depending on weight. Once an orders ships from our warehouse in Michigan, typical transit times apply. Delivery times vary from 2-5 business days, depending on destination. Once your order ships, you should receive an email confirmation with tracking information, sent to the address provided at time of purchase. Please note that some orders require additional handling time.
Domestic Express Shipping:
If express shipping is required, please contact our Customer Service Team at 866-931-6644 for a quote. Please have your order number handy. We offer express shipping through FedEx. Overnight, 2-Day, and Express Saver services are available.
International Standard Shipments:
International orders up to $75 will be charged $19.95; orders $75-$400 will be charged $39.95; orders over $400 are shipped free. In order to provide the best value and service to our customers, all International Shipments are sent via USPS First Class International Mail, or USPS Priority International Mail (depending on weight). Carrier information and/or tracking information (if applicable) will be sent in an email confirmation once the order has shipped from our Michigan warehouse. Standard International Shipments typically take 10-15 business days to arrive at their destination, depending on customs clearance procedures in your country. Please note that shipments to Malaysia, Russia, France, Chile and South Africa may be subject to additional international shipment fees.
Upgraded or Express International Shipments:
Upgraded and Express International shipment options are available (at an additional cost) through USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail International. Taxes, Duties & Fees:
Additional taxes, duties and fees may be assessed to international shipments by local Customs Departments once they reach their destination countries. All taxes, duties and fees assessed are the sole responsibility of the customer. Riders Discount will not be held responsible for these additional charges.

*** Please Note: we are unable to ship some items outside the United States. Also, per company policy, we cannot ship to hotels. We do not ship to resellers or dealers, as it violates our contractual agreements with our product manufacturers. Any packages that are refused or returned to sender without previous authorization will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and will be refunded minus any shipping costs incurred by Riders Discount. We apologize for any inconvenience these policies may cause.
