And now we've taken things to another level with the introduction of the second generation Force Helmet. Built upon the same foundations as the original Force Helmet, this next-gen model takes performance and innovation to an entirely new level. We analyzed every component, re-worked every surface, and sweated every detail to produce a world-class performance product. As the sport of motocross keeps evolving, we believe the products need to evolve as well. That's why you'll immediately notice the aerodynamic shaping that's been wind tunnel tested, the almost seamless integration of the visor and the shell, and the strategically placed intake and exhaust ports for maximum cooling. Every detail has been refined to produce a helmet that offers superior performance without sacrificing comfort or safety. While most manufacturers utilize only 2 shell sizes across their entire range, we opted for 3 shell sizes to ensure proper fitment and maximum weight savings which results in less rider fatigue. We also utilize a dual-density styrene liner which offers improved safety while minimizing weight.



    Of course, we also wanted the best fit, so we added contoured cheek pads and a dual-density moisture-wicking, antibacterial SilverCool comfort liner with just the right amount of padding in all the right places for a fit that's second to none. All of this was done while ensuring the helmet exceeds the stringent professional racing standards of both the AMA and FIM organizations, making the Force Helmet a world class leader. Anything less isn't worthy of a Champion.



    The perfect blend of performance and style, the Force Champion utilizes a hand-laid composite fiberglass shell construction for superior strength and an industry first 2-tone paint process for a stunning visual effect. The entire upper shell and visor feature a rich gloss coat, and the lower portion of the shell and the entire chinbar are finished in a velvety matte finish for a unique look that's all Thor.

There’s good and then there’s very good. The Thor Force series helmet is the end result of over two years of design and scientific engineering development. Tested at the 2005 THQ AMA Supercross Series by Chad Reed, an ’02 Supercross Champion, the Force helmet is designed for superior strength and lightness plus a ton of other goodies. Constructed out of some of the most durable and lightweight material out there—fiberglass, Spectra and Kevlar—the helmet exceeds DOT and Snell standards. You’ll find the no-tool rubber thumb visor screws a welcome relief for fine-tuning your visor. Vents located in the forehead and sides help create quick cooling for prolonged comfort and the removable and washable liner will keep you cool and dry. Also included are eyeport designs curved inwards for closer, more secure goggle positioning and the rolled eyeport gasket has integrated goggle grabbers. And as always the helmet comes in a nice selection of styles and colors so you can look great and feel great on the trail.
