I was shopping for my first helmet and visted a lot of local motorcyle shops, but this helmet stood out. From an aesthetics perspective I wanted to go with a classic/retro looking helmet that had class. The problem I faced was the lack of other reviews/pictures online, and I could also not find a Z1R open face Jimmy helmet to try on for size in Ontario, so I had to go by the sizing chart which had me worried; but I took the risk - and I'm glad I did. The quality of this helmet appears to be very nice. A nice clearcoat covers the painted on stripes. The padding inside is very comfortable, and the chin strap has a snap to keep it from flying around. The vents on the helmet are nice and tight, and dont have a cheap plastic feel, although they will probably wear loose over time. The chin strap is comfortable and doesn't cut or chafe. I orderd the helmet by phone from Riders Discount and it arrived 7 days later (im in the Toronto, ON) One thing to note: the design on the helmet is identical to the Jimmy Clyde helmet, but with a different colour scheme. I mention this because the picture only shows one view of the helmet, while the Jimmy Clyde shows the other side view as well.
