The Alpinestars SMK jacket brings a streamlined design to leather. The raglan cut jacket starts the sleeves around the neckline for those riders who have lower shoulders. The sleeves are pre-bent for a sport riding position. In addition to the 1.2-1.4 mm thick full-grain leather CE approved GP armor inserts up the protection level. Wearing leather can get warm but the SMK has stretch panels and vents placed at the top of the chest and at the base of the neck to keep the rider cooled down.

Great jacket, very comfortable, thick leather and padded well. Zippers do feel like they're going to break after a couple months though and it does start to weigh you down after long rides... But overall a great jacket.
