Tour Master’s second-generation Elite II Rain jacket is ready for wet weather protection. Not intended to replace riding gear, it fits over standard gear to provide a waterproof barrier. Water has no chance of getting in through collar openings. A hood pops out to wear under your helmet without exposing skin or to weather conditions. Three pockets, one in the chest and two in the lap, are waterproof, allowing easy access to maps and needed paperwork. To cinch up excess waist material, an internal draw strap tightens away all the excess to reduce flapping. All cuffs have easy pull Velcro straps to tighten up openings, so water won’t find a way in.
