The PowerCore 4 features many of the design and engineering features of FMF's top-of-the-line Factory 4.1 exhaust - Factory Forward engineering, durable fixed mount, sleek formed endcaps and removable spark arrestor screen. Although manufactured as a price point muffler, FMF didn’t cut corners on material. They utilize aircraft grade aluminum for the canister and new fixed mount. Strong, high grade stainless steel is used for the formed front and rear endcaps as well as the mandrel bent midpipe.

The Factory 4.1 RCT incorporates the latest in FMF Resonance Chamber Technology both internally and externally. In addition, FMF has achieved a shorter overall length that is less susceptible to crash damage and complementary to their Factory Forward Engineering - moving the muffler closer to the motor to centralize mass. The Factory 4.1 RCT is constructed from only aerospace grade materials that meet FMF's exacting specifications and is manufactured 100% at their Southern California factory.

Taking the proven success of the Powercore 2, FMF created the Powercore 2 Shorty, with a shorter inner core length and aluminum canister. This design results in a finely tuned bolt on performance silencer that maximizes bottom and mid rpm power. An excellent choice for tight tracks and supercross track applications.

Featuring extruded aluminum oval canister and stainless steel endcaps, the Turbinecore 2 is in a league of its own. Nothing offers the performance because no other spark arrestor has FMF's exclusive Turbine Dampening system. Their HiFlo technology maintains as much of a straight through core as possible and performs more like a moto silencer than a USFS approved spark arrestor. As well as being less restrictive, there is no screen to clog or burn out - the Turbine Dampening system is completely maintenance free.
