Here are answers to many questions commonly asked by Riders Discount customers.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 3-5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation sent to the email address you provided when placing your order.

How is my order going to be shipped?

Domestic orders (within the U.S.) are shipped with either FedEx Ground or United States Postal Service, depending on the weight of the item. Tracking will be provided once the order has shipped.

International orders are shipped with either USPS Priority Mail International or USPS First Class Mail International, depending on the weight of the item. Tracking (if applicable) or carrier information will be emailed to you in a confirmation once your order has shipped.

What are the differences between First Class International Mail and Priority International Mail?

USPS First Class International Mail shipments are sent with “LN” numbers which are not eligible for online tracking. USPS Priority International Mail shipments are sent with “CJ” numbers which have tracking that is updated online.

Can I cancel my order? How?

If you must cancel an order, please contact us immediately via phone at 616-931-6644. We do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but if the order has already entered or completed the shipping process, we may be unable to cancel your order. Once an order is canceled the pending authorization on the credit card used during purchase should disappear from your account within 24 hours – 7 days, depending on your bank or Credit Card Company. No money is actually deducted until the order ships from our warehouse. If an item was backordered, discontinued or removed from your order, you will only be charged for the items that have shipped.

I made a mistake on my order. How can I get this fixed?

Please contact customer service as soon as possible at 866-931-6644. We will do everything we can to get your order corrected before it ships.

My order shows delivered, but I didn't receive it. What do I do?

If your tracking information indicates that your package has arrived, please contact us immediately at 866-931-6644.

My tracking information hasn't updated in a while. Where is my package now?

First Class shipments are not eligible for updates online, whether it be for an international package or a domestic package. Priority Mail updates regularly for both domestic and international orders. However, for international orders, there is a delay in the updates online, as it will show an update once it leaves the United States and then again only when it has cleared through the destination country's customs department. Depending on the customs clearance procedures, this can take a bit of time.

I need to make a change to my order. Who do I contact?

Please contact us as soon as you notice the error in your order at 866-931-6644. We will do our best to correct any error if the order is still in our possession.

I need assistance with sizing. Who can I contact?

Our knowledgeable sales team is standing by, ready to help you with any questions you have regarding sizing, item features or items included with a certain item. You can contact them at 866-931-6644 (press 1 for sales).

Can I make changes to a shipping address or to an order once it has been shipped?

Unfortunately, orders that have already been shipped can no longer be changed in any way. However, if the package has been shipped with FedEx and needs to go to an address other than the one originally specified, you can contact us to have it possibly re-routed for a minimal fee.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 2-5 business days. Once an order ships, typical transit time is in effect. For domestic shipments, it will usually take 1-5 business days to arrive. For most international orders, it will take about 10-15 business days. If there are delays in the customs departments, it may take up to 30. Please contact us if you don't receive it within 30 days.

I have a question regarding an item I received. Who can I contact?

Will I be charged customs and duties?

Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges will vary by country/location. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Do you offer express shipping options?

Absolutely. If you are interested in upgraded or express shipping, please contact customer service at 866-931-6644. We will do out best to get you the quickest shipping option at the lowest cost.
