- This SLP Single Pipe Set for the 2011-12 Polaris 800 Pro Chassis reduces weight by 3.7 lbs and delivers an additional 7.6 horsepower peak with good midrange gains, which equates to crisp, clean throttle response and quicker acceleration with more top-end speed on the trail
- In the deep snow, this added horsepower and weight loss gets you up on the snow quicker, allows you to climb higher and boondock better
- A lot of time and effort has gone into developing this ceramic coated pipe for optimum horsepower, running consistency and reliability
- In doing so, we found that it was necessary to add a small heat shield to the pipe that is about half the size of the stock heat shield
- This heat shield was needed to bring the pipe temperature up quickly for maximum running consistency
- SLP tested and passed SAE J-2567 stationary sound test below 88 decibels
