Description

The new Arai Signet-X features much of the same technology as the Quantum-X but in a Long Oval fit package. The Signet-X features the Arai advanced VAS shield system which allows the Signet-X to have a smoother and rounder shell, a dual pivot shield mechanism, and an easy-to-use shield changing process. A new Aria high performance ventilation system creates a comfortable all-day riding experience with exceptional venting from massive inlet and exhaust openings that are easily opened and closed with riding gloves on. The new Signet-X shares many of the same features as the Quantum-X including the Arai Facial Contour System (FCS) cheek pad system, removable anti-microbial and washable liner, and a built-in chin cover.

  • The Signet-X has the Variable Axis System (VAS), incorporating a moving pivot point
  • By combining the pin trajectory, which is based on an imaginary axis, with the two trajetories of the double pivot point slot, the shield opens and closes smooth, even with the much lower shield mount position
  • A dual-function lever releases both the side cover/pod and shield pin for quick and simple shield removal
  • Improved Glance Off Ability
  • The smooth area around the temple is now larger, increasing its ability to glance off objects more easily
  • New QVF and QVR Intake/Exhaust Ducts
  • The Signet-X features all-new QVF three-position intake and QVR exhaust ducts for excellent air intake and exhaust performance when riding
  • Arai Long Oval Fit Package
  • The Signet-X's longer shell and interior shape are specifically designed for riders whose helmets can cause painful forehead 'hot spots' due to interior shapes that aren't made to fit their long-ish heads
