Features
- Made using the same technology Arrow had to develop on the offroad tracks
- Breakthrough design, components made using CNC-controlled machines, advanced materials, superior production and welding and assembly processes in high demand
- Junctions between parts are made by CNC-machined components to ensure no gas leaks, a perfect coupling thanks to severe control of tolerances, reliability and long-lasting performance
- Made in three parts ensuring an easy fit to the bike, better reliability and better handling of stresses and vibration transmitted via the frame to the exhaust
- Easy to change only the part of the exhaust that may receive damage due to a crash or a stone, without having to change the whole exhaust
- Headers and midpipes are made in titanium
- Pipe diameters, sections and section changes are carefully designed to maximize engine's performance, with reduced dimensions and weight
- Header is fixed to the engine using a bushing (made using numeric controlled machinery and designed to achieve a perfectly smooth gas flow) and a flange made in aluminum alloy
- Junction between header and midpipe is made with a CNC-machined bushing also
- Midpipe fixed to the frame via a rigid fixing point, increasing stiffness and stability of the exhaust system
- Silencer, made in titanium, ensures smaller dimensions
- Front and rear end cap shape is designed to reduce overall length of the silencer itself, using every bit of the inner volume and every single millimeter of space around the bike
- Sound-absorbent materials, developed to match Arrow requirements, keep noise levels as low as the limits stated by the international racing rules (limits being lowered every year)
- Not street legal - for closed circuit use only
