- Muffler clamps provide a clean, custom colution for securing practically any slim-fit muffler or bolt-on exhaust accessory to the end of 1.75" O.D. exhaust pipes; the 6061 T-6 billet alloy clamps are specifically designed to finish the look of Biltwell mini mufflers on custom pipes, but will work with other muffler brands so long as the mounting flange O.D. doesn't exceed 1.90"
- Muffler clamps include a threaded stainless steel insert inside the clamp that accepts 5/16-18 mounting hardware (two Allen cap bolts included; long Allen cap bolt with Nyloc nut screws through the alloy body to provide an additional location for fastening a custom hanger or mounting bracket
- Pipe clamps are identical to the Duo muffler clamps in terms of function and construction, but only fit around 1.75" O.D. straight pipes; they will not fit over the slip joint on a Biltwell or any similar aftermarket muffler
- If an exhaust system on a custom motorcycle requires a secondary mounting location on or near the pipe end, the Biltwell pipe clamp is a great way to finish the job without welding or fabrication
