The Neighbor Haters start as 4" round tubes, then bell out to 4-1/2" and finally a belled exit for an aggressive and classic design. The muffler tip is rolled to give them a clean, finished look. Internally, these Neighbor Hater mufflers have a perforated core with strategically spaced holed. This is done in order to produce an aggressive, bark.
