We purchased this helmet for my son who is finally old enough to get his feet on the pegs, hurray! A quality DOT approved product with a fresh graphic. At its price point you cant ask for much more. Especially not knowing how much wear it will see with a growing head.....

This all-new BM49Y youth helmet is a follow-up to the very successful GM39Y youth helmet with an all-new modern shell design.
Features
- Thermo-plastic poly alloy shell designed for smaller heads
- Fully removable Coolmax comfort liner and cheek pads moves the moisture away from your head and dries quickly
- GMAX flow-through intake and exhaust venting pulls in fresh air and vents hot air out by using a combination of forehead and rear vents
- Hard-coated, optically correct shield features a tool-free design for quick and easy changes or cleaning
- Excellent shield sealing reduces unwanted air and noise
- Painted shell with high-tech water decals and high-quality clear-coat finish
- Padded chin strap
- DOT approved
