They turn a hodgepodge of fasteners, frame tubes, axles, hubs etc. into one smooth-sculpted chrome cover. The kit also includes covers to hide the bolt heads that secure the drive housing to the swingarm. Combine these with Kuryakyn's Boomerang Frame Covers & you'll have one seriously hot lookin scooter on your hands!
