I use this helmet on every ride!! It has everything I need without being over weight. I LOVE the convenience of the drop down sunglasses as they fit perfectly over my glasses and the clarity and no fog face shield are top of the line. The modular element helps cool me down quickly once I'm off my bike and DEFINITELY keeps me warm in the cold 30-40 degree mornings to work.
